  • Jorge Canavati Q.

    MANAGING PRINCIPAL

    Responsible for establishing the firm’s direction, sourcing investment opportunities, and overseeing operations. Prior to founding ATX Capital, led Terragon Developer’s venture into the Houston market as Director of Development. He had previous roles at DDelta Real Estate Investments and International Investors Group.

    Active member of UT Austin’s Real Estate Center, having received his BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate.

  • Jake Heffelfinger

    DIRECTOR OF LAND INVESTMENTS

    Jake Heffelfinger leads land investment efforts for ATX Capital, focusing on identifying new opportunities and overseeing operational management. Before joining ATX Capital, Jake played pivotal roles within notable Austin real estate companies including David Weekley Homes, StoryBuilt, Casoro Group, and American Ventures.

    Jake is an alumnus of the McCombs School of Business, holding an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate Finance.
